Widow Creek Main, Youbou, Vancouver Island
/Widow Creek main and Cottonwood Creek main are two of my favourite walking places on the island. There are endless roads to follow with only the occasional hiker or off-roader crossing your path. The elk watch you through the woods as you walk alongside the river between the fern-covered walls of the thickly treed valley. It’s absolutely one of my favourite areas on the earth.
